We do not ship outside of the United States.
Returns and exchanges: If you are not happy with your order; we will work with you to make you happy. Contact us and we will figure out how to make you whole and satisfied with your experience with HedghegHogLounge.com. Together we will determine what will make you whole and satisfied. Ordinarily, we don’t refund shipping, but every case is unique and we can determine what is right for your situation. If something is damaged in shipping; some proof will be needed such as a photo of the damage. Please hold onto the damaged product as well as the packaging until we determine what we'll need to file a claim.
Payment: we accept payments via credit card through PayPal. We also accept personal or business checks, but no work can begin on the project until the payment is received and cleared.
Shipping: We ship USPS. Your deliverables will be securely packaged for receipt to you in good order.

We try to provide a complete & concise description with clear, large photographs that show all the particulars. If you need more information, please contact us and we will work together to make you comfortable that you are making an informed decision about your purchase. We stand behind our work.
Privacy: we use your information to contact you regarding your order if necessary. And to ship your items. We will not contact you unless it is necessary to fulfill or complete your order. We respect your privacy and will not share information given to us including addresses, to complete your order with any other person or company.
